By visiting this website or engaging SVASTSYS Technology to build, design, or maintain software, you signify your full agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these policies, you must cease all visits to this website and discontinue our services immediately.
All custom development projects are scoped through official statements of work. We deliver projects in iterative agile cycles (typically 2-week sprints). Any requests outside the initial scoping roadmap will require a separate milestone agreement or addendum.
Upon full settlement of all milestones and sprint invoices, SVASTSYS Technology transfers absolute ownership of the compiled custom source code, assets, and design files to the client. SVASTSYS retains ownership of generic helper utility code and pre-existing library abstractions.
Engagements typically require an initial upfront project deposit before engineering work begins. Subsequent payments are tied directly to sprint demo approvals and milestone handovers. Overdue invoices may lead to a temporary pause in development tasks.
SVASTSYS Technology builds solutions using modern standards and conducts strict quality checks. However, we do not warrant that systems will run entirely error-free continuously. In no event will SVASTSYS be liable for loss of profits, downtime, or database integrity issues.
These Terms of Service and any development contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.
